James Christopher Healey (December 24, 1909-December 16, 1981) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from New York. He was born in the Bronx. He graduated from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1933 and St. John's University School of Law in 1936. He was an assistant United States attorney for the Southern District of New York from 1940 until 1943. He served in the United States Navy from 1943 until 1946. He was counsel to the borough president of the Bronx from 1948 until 1956. He was elected to Congress in a special election in 1956 to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Sidney A. Fine and served from February 7, 1956 until January 3, 1965. He was a delegate to the 1956 Democratic National Convention, 1960 Democratic National Convention and 1968 Democratic National Convention.
